The company was promoted in 1991 by the Turakhia Bros Group who are having a 35 years exposure in the field of pharma export-import trading, dealing in a wide range of globally sourced, as well as indigenously manufactured, best-in-their-class life-saving medicines covering APIs, Intermediates, Speciality Chemicals, Hormones, Steroids, etc.

Panchsheel is a technology based and market driven company backed by a strong R & D set-up aims at innovative production and thus creating a niche market for our products. It complies to all the norms applicable as per Schedule ‘M’, GMP & WHO standards.

Manufacturing Facilities:

Our well equipped multipurpose manufacturing unit is situated at Madhya Pradesh in the central province of India at Indore, with most modern production facilities and latest equipment capable of undertaking large orders and complex reactions very comfortably.

Apart from Panchsheel, we have other operational well equipped units under the name of Suneeta Chemicals & Paramount Organics in Indore engaged in producing APIs & Intermediates for both captive consumption and sales. Another well equipped facility in the Turakhia Bros group is situated at Ambernath near Mumbai in the name of Syno Drugs & Intermediates. This plant is involved in manufacturing APIs, Bulk Drugs Intermediates, Hormones and Steroids in compliance with the GMP Standards of the FDA.

We offer a wide range of products under different categories like Cardiovascular, Neuropsychiary, Anti-fungal, Fluoroquinolones, Antiallergic, Anti-Inflammatory, Gastrointestinal, Osteoporoesis, Erectile Dysfunction, and many more.

Our Finished Formulations units are set up in Himachal Pradesh in the name of Gene Biotech Pvt Ltd & Panchsheel Organics Ltd- Unit II

We have approval for : General Tablets / Capsules / Sex Hormones / Tablets / Ayurvedic Tablets / Capsules / Liquid Formulations / Protein Health Powder / Ointments.

We have all the facilities to offer customized manufacturing under private label and packaging as per client’s need.

The Group also owns a customs & government approved public testing laboratory in the name of Invochem Laboratory established in 1996 and situated at Vasai (E), Mumbai. It is providing multifarious services including Analytical as well as contract services to different manufacturing units with the help of sophisticated technology and undertake analysis of Drugs, formulated drugs, cosmetics, Ayurvedic formulations, and food analysis & dyestuff.

List of Clients & Job Work

We undertake custom synthesis and contract manufacturing activities for APIs, Drug Intermediates and Finished Formulations as per client’s requirement. We have done job works for M/S Ranbaxy for many years by developing Intermediates for Gabapentine & Etodolac from our own raw materials but have discontinued doing so now since they have stopped the supply to their buyers in the US due to some problems at their end. We also supply Lomefloxacin to Dr Reddy’s Labs. Our client list also includes Ipca Labs, Nicolas Piramal, MacLeods, Lintas, and many more.

Quality Control

Despite the manifold activities involved in handling various APIs, the management adopts rigid safety rules and utmost care is taken to maintain the quality of products. Our manufacturing unit has a built – in Quality Control Laboratory, which is well-equipped with most modern equipment and testing apparatus like HPLC, GC, IR, etc. to ensure best quality defect free products complying to the approved International standards and best services at all times.
